Body Back BOOST

**We'll be offering additional BOOST classes on June 3, June 6 and June 10.**

Body Back® BOOST is a weekly drop-in workout offered on Thursdays at 8 pm at the Capitol Hill Presbyterian Church. Classes are one hour long and target every muscle in your body! If you would like to join us please wear sturdy shoes and bring a yoga mat and water. Pre enrollment is encouraged.

**You MUST be six (6) months postpartum to participate in Body Back®. The focus for the early stage of motherhood is overall strength, endurance and well-being, not weight loss or dramatic physical changes. Clients less than six (6) months postpartum are highly encouraged to attend Stroller Strides®.**
