**You MUST be six (6) months postpartum to participate in Body Back®. The focus for the early stage of motherhood is overall strength, endurance and well-being, not weight loss or dramatic physical changes. Clients less than six (6) months postpartum are highly encouraged to attend Stroller Strides®.**

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout.

What Does Body Back® Include?

  • 2 high-intensity workouts per week for 8 weeks in a small group format, Tuesdays at 8 pm and Saturdays at 8 am at the Capitol Hill Presbyterian Church.
  • Mama Wants Her Body Back® Meal Plan and Food Diary
  • Before and after fitness assessments and measurements
  • Online coaching and support
  • Mama Wants Her Body Back® at-home workouts
  • Resistance band
