Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms.

- Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class.
- Client also receive at-home workouts, meal plans, before and after assessments, group accountability and instructor support,
**You MUST be six (6) months postpartum to participate in Body Back®. The focus for the early stage of motherhood is overall strength, endurance and well-being, not weight loss or dramatic physical changes. Clients less than six (6) months postpartum are highly encouraged to attend Stroller Strides®.**
